Registered Physiotherapist
Mindy graduated from McMaster University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to pursuing physiotherapy, she received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies specializing in gerontology from the University of Waterloo.
Mindy is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and will work closely with you to develop individualized treatment plans for your unique needs. She uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to facilitate patients in their recovery. She has experience working with various age groups and a variety of patient conditions. She enjoys getting to know her patients and aims to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence to continue to do what they love. She is interested in adding to her tool box with further training in acupuncture and concussion management. Outside of the clinic, Mindy enjoys rollerblading, hiking, board games and discovering new restaurants!
