She listens to the areas that need attention and works through them. I always feel looser and freer after our massage sessions! Jason is a very attentive chiropractor. He does a great job at working out the knots and inflamed areas in my body. I know that whenever I have unexplained pain, Jason will find it and fix it. He gives me exercises and stretches to ensure it doesn't happen again. Mei is a fantastic receptionist! Very friendly! Overall I'm very satisfied with this clinic and I highly recommend!"

"I would highly recommend PhysioFit Health & Rehab and my physiotherapist Shajicaa was excellent and amazing. I had twisted my leg while on a mountain hike a while ago and had some lingering pain which prevented me from fully enjoying my cycling and hiking activities. I was not sure where the pain exactly was but Shaj was very thorough and was able to identify the various pain points and her treatments together with the prescribed exercises were very effective. He gave me different exercises to work on each week, and closely monitored my progress. I was able to walk without crutches in 2-3 weeks after seeing him and back to sport in about 5 months!"

"I been to PhysioFit for awhile now. William my physiotherapist was able to help alleviate my upper/lower back & neck pains due to my poor posture over the years. He is very experienced, he was able to pin point the exact location where my neck pain was as I was only able to figure out where the general location of where the pain was coming from. The pain was relived after going for treatment once a week for 3 weeks + home exercises. An additional 3 weeks of treatment helped negate the neck pain entirely. I highly recommend William, he is very easy going, experienced, professional & he provided good tips/exercises on fixing my lower/upper back and neck pains."

"I went in to treat a sore left arm which had been bothering me for 3 months. I couldn't pin point where the intermittent pain was coming from and had tried massage therapy, but it didn't work in this case. I was diagnosed with a mild tennis elbow and after 6 treatments over 3 weeks with Shajicaa, the pain was almost gone. She used a mix of treatments along with providing instructions for at home exercises to cure the pain. I would highly recommend Shajicaa and PhysioFit for your physio needs. "I fractured my ankle 6 months ago and PhysioFit has has greatly helped me with my recovery in the past few months. Appointments usually work out if you book them timely. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Clean facility following all covid protocols. They make sure the massage table is sanitized before the next patient arrives. Face coverings are always on during the session. Had the pleasure of getting therapy from Shaj. She is a great physiotherapist. Knew which tissues were tighter and how to gradually sofen them. She never shied away from giving an extra few tips whenever needed. She even gave me suggestions on foot care when I wasn't even a client yet. Speaks highly about the passion and care for people. My sessions used to bring such relief, that many a times i would book them after a long tiring day of physical activity to help relax. "Akib Malik from Physiofit is the physiotherapist that you want to select. He is amazing and goes way above and beyond than any of the other physiotherapist that I have seen in the past couple of years. I visited physiofit because my lower back and shoulder had severe pain. I had shoulder surgery several years ago when I hurt myself from breakdancing. I did physio during my recovery after the surgery, but the pain comes back from time to time. I also am dealing with lower back pain, which appered shortly after i started working from home during the covid lockdowns. Akib has been instrumental in teaching me stretches, exercises, and doing treatments to get me feeling like I have a new lease on life. All of the Physiofit workers are helpful and they really do care about your recovery. I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to be able to walk around without feeling tired and irritated 24/7 from constantly nagging body pains. "I had a good rehab experience with Shaj, the physiotherapist who looked after me. The care she gave and follow through was excellent and the way that she has put me at ease during sessions. The receptionist was also particularly polite and efficient especially during the pandemic. Once you notify her that you are already outside the clinic she will advise you that she will call you once the therapist is available to see you right away. Rooms, beds, chairs and equipments are sanitized after every patient/session. Staff and therapists are wearing masks all throughout. You will feel secure and safe. 😊"

"Shaj (Shajicaa) was my physiotherapist and she crushed it. She listened attentively and took the the time to hear out the history of my injury - from the first time, reinjury, and most recent pains. I had a 5 year dull, nagging left shoulder (non dominant arm) impingement problem, but within the first 2 weeks the exercises and stretches she prescribed reduced the pain from a 4-5 out of 10, to 1/10. Follow up appointments were made with Mei, she was an extremely nice and friendly receptionist. Always kind and accommodating, even when insurance was giving a headache. "I was referred to seek help from a physiotherapist twice . Physiofit Health & Rehab. is my first pick as it is highly recommended by my friend. My first consultation by William Wong, the physiotherapist , took place in 2018. I suffered from left side low back pain after heavy lifting at work place. It took me 5 time of visit to cure my pain and return to normal lift. The second consultation was in June 2020, I suffered from left knee pain with fluid retention inside. William not only treat my disease, he also trained me how to strength my leg muscle that will prevent further knee or back pain. "I have been to several physiotherapy clinics in Markham over the past 15 years and this one is by far the best. The physiotherapists provide individualized care that is specific to your situation. I have found that not to be the case at many other establishments, which offer just broad remedies (e.g. TENS machine). Also — and this is important — at PhysioFit they tell you the truth about your injury. If you don't need any more treatment, they will let you know that as opposed to stringing you along until your insurance coverage is done. I have seen that happen elsewhere. Definitely recommend."

"The staff here is absolutely amazing. I was lifting something heavy about 2 months ago and my shoulder has yet to recover period....the x ray showed no break and the ultrasound just showed inflammation and I cant have a MRI... the surgeon i saw said shoulder sprain but its absolutely impossible with this agony.. .both of therapist know how much pain I'm in and i scream so loud during treatment and i keep telling them something is wrong that cant be seen. Its extremely painful during massage & excersize but when I say enough they stop.....I am so confident they will get my shoulder working again...and if anyone I know needs physio these guys would be at the top of my list absolutely amazing.....the receptionist is a hoot and very warm & welcoming lady from day 1. "One Saturday I was trying to lift a heavy object and twisted my neck as I heard loud double clicks. My shoulders were immediately frozen and I could barely move. I was in so much pain that even breathing hurt. Luckily I was able to get an appointment to see chiropractor Dr. Jason Yang within hours. On the way to the Markham clinic, I wanted to die travelling over all those little bumps and cracks on the roads. I had never noticed them before. But the pain was so unbearable. I struggled to get in and out of the car even with help. When I left the clinic after treatment, my neck no longer hurt when going over those road bumps. I didn't even notice them anymore. And I was able to get in and out of car without help. When I woke up the following day, my neck pain was completely gone. Shoulder and upper back muscles were still very painful - that went away after several days. Thank you so much Dr. Yang, you saved my life. Much, much appreciated!
